I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was cozy and comfortable, although a bit on the small side. The staff was excellent, welcoming, and genuinely interested in ensuring my comfort. The location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions, but lacked a bit of atmosphere. The dining experience was excellent, with a good variety of options. The facilities were well-kept and enjoyable.

The room faced the outdoor seating area, which could get noisy with people talking, but it was still fantastic. The water pressure was a bit low, as they informed guests beforehand. The attic area location meant a few steps to climb, so keep that in mind. The room was small but cozy with an extremely comfortable bed.

The staff, especially those chatting in the kitchen, were excellent and very helpful. They were welcoming, friendly, and informative, always making sure I was comfortable and open to feedback. The housekeeping and welcome drink service was top-notch.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring surrounding National Trust properties and interesting places. The village had interesting shops and a castle, offering a charming setting. It was near a castle, close to the town center, and an area I would definitely revisit.

I had a great time at this hotel. The rooms were excellent value for money and huge, the pool was enjoyable, and the staff were great. However, my room was above the bar, so it was a little loud at times.

The hotel was a cozy spot in the heart of Montgomery, perfect for enjoying the local attractions. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist, but the dining experience had minor flaws. The rooms, despite being well-equipped, were a bit too hot during my stay.
